1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Mintara Bites, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products & Pricing
We strive to provide accurate information on product weight, ingredients, refrigeration parameters, and prices. Prices and packaging size options are subject to change without notice. All prices include applicable taxes.
3. Payments & Orders
We accept online prepaid options (Cards, UPI, NetBanking) verified by Razorpay and Cash on Delivery (COD) with a ₹10 processing fee. If payment verification fails, the order status will default to PENDING or CANCELLED.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
