Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before the order status changes to SHIPPED (whichever is earlier). Once a shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, cancellations cannot be processed.
2. Return Policy (Food items)
Because our digestive treats and paan mukhwas are perishable food products, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive the product in a damaged, leaked, or open jar condition, please email us with clear photos/videos of the package within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Refunds
Upon approval of refund claims for damaged goods, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method (prepaid) or bank account (COD orders) within 5–7 business days.
