Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Zones & Timeline

Mintara Bites is based in Surat, Gujarat. We partner with Shiprocket to deliver fresh digestive treats:

• Surat Delivery: Usually takes 1–2 working days.
• Gujarat & Neighboring States: Takes 2–4 working days.
• Rest of India: Takes 3–6 working days depending on location.

2. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on weight and distance during checkout:

• Orders under ₹699 will be charged standard Shiprocket carrier rates (usually around ₹50).
• Orders of ₹699 and above qualify for FREE Delivery.
• All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur a flat ₹10 COD processing fee.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an AWB tracking number on your registered email/phone. You can track real-time delivery milestones on your customer account portal.
